This Christmas, for the second year in a row, VENETIS Bakery is offering free bread every day to the unemployed, large families, and the needy throughout the holiday season.
In all VENETI stores,our fellow citizens in need can, upon presentation of relevant identification, obtain their daily bread for free from December 15th to January 7th.The loaves offered will be the Traditional Handmade Village Bread and will be available all day, until daily stocks are exhausted.
With the initiative “From the Heart of VENETIS“, the company has stood by our fellow citizens who have been severely affected by the economic crisis and are in greater need. After offering free bread to vulnerable social groups in July 2015 (during the period when banks ceased operations due to capital controls), VENETIS has institutionalized this movement during the Christmas season with the aim of helping our fellow citizens not to go without bread, a basic necessity, during the holidays. It is also emphasized that VENETI stores offer daily free surplus products to those in need after 10:00 PM.
